Having been R&B hit makers for years, the group were no strangers to the American Soul Chart but the pairing of the group with Philadelphia's Gamble & Huff took them to an iconic level of appreciation. This Top 20 album spawned the now classic UK #1 'When Will I See You Again' and the Top 20 hit 'Year of Decision'. Also featured was their Philly debut single 'Dirty Ol' Man' which topped the charts in the Netherlands. Features the original 1974 album along with two bonus collaborations with MFSB. 'Love Is the Message' and 'TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)', the classic theme from Soul Train which topped the American Pop & R&B charts are both featured. The Tom Moulton 1977 Disco remix of 'Dirty Ol' Man' is a third bonus track, rounding out this expanded edition.
