Slight warping on one edge of the record, which causes the needle to slightly jump for a couple of seconds and plays through. The other side plays perfectly fine. Top of sleeve is completely open due to the adhesive wearing off - original price sticker on front of sleeve with permanent marker coloring out the sticker, and some writing in marker with the artist and song.
