Dreams Of The Machine arises from the current state of the world we live in. In our digital reality, we are increasingly controlled by algorithms and artificial intelligence. Smartphones constantly draw us into the virtual world, sometimes so deeply that it makes us unhappy. The rise of AI is taking over functions that were once exclusively human. It can generate complete songs. So where is the boundary between human and machine? Can we create a world in which both exist in harmony - the organic and the digital? Tinlicker recognize this tension in their music. Everything is created digitally behind the computer, but with the help of plug-ins, they often seek a more organic sound. They embrace small imperfections to show that their music is made by human hands. With Dreams Of The Machine, Tinlicker want to take the listener on a trip inside these ideas through a journey to their own universe, where everything is allowed and where humans and machines dream together.
