Detalles: Justo a tiempo para su concierto en la edición 2024 de Wacken Open Air, Blind Guardian presenta con orgullo "Somewhere Far Beyond Revisited", que incluye una regrabación completa de este clásico, así como una celebración en vivo de "Somewhere Far Beyond" de 1992, un disco emblemático para los titanes del heavy metal alemán. Tras tres álbumes con No Remorse Records, este fue el debut de la banda en una importante discográfica a través de Virgin Records, lo que les abrió las puertas al mercado japonés, lo que resultó en una mayor disponibilidad y presencia en la escena metalera global. Tras encontrar el equilibrio perfecto entre velocidad, pesadez, melodías, drama y estribillos irresistibles en "Tales From The Twilight World" de 1990, "Somewhere Far Beyond" perfeccionó este enfoque, evolucionando aún más a nivel conceptual y con una visión cada vez más atrevida del rango sonoro de Blind Guardian. "Somewhere Far Beyond" experimentó con teclados, orquestaciones y elementos folclóricos, estos últimos manifestándose en la canción más conocida del grupo y un clásico en vivo, "The Bard Song (In The Forest)", mientras que otros temas como "Ashes to Ashes", el rápido "Journey Through the Dark" o "The Quest For Tanelorn" conectaron bien con álbumes anteriores, en su mayoría de ritmo rápido, pero ofrecieron un impulso adicional en la dinámica. 2 CD y 1 Blu-ray, edición limitada.
