Roxx Records are set to release the brand new CD Refined By The Flames from San Antonio Texas's very own Becoming Sons.Becoming Sons is a five-piece metal band based out of San Antono, Texas and formed in 2015, they have developed a signature sound they call "metalpraisecore", which blends metalcore, thrash, and melodic hooks with spiritual themes of hope and redemption. Their name is inspired by Romans 8:12-14, reflecting a focus on spiritual transformation. Becoming Sons aim to be a "message of hope to the hopeless" through high-energy live performances that often include audience participation.In 2020, their single "Illuminate" reached #1 on the Loud CMW charts for 16 consecutive weeks. Recent releases include their singles "Awakened" (early 2024), "Dead Church" (October 2024) and a metal cover of "Hark!
