Issued in a top-opening glossy gatefold jacket with fold-out panels and two spines.
Right panel has a poem written by Taylor on one side and a photo strip with four unique photos on the other. 
Includes a gatefold lyric booklet with a pocket to hold the record, which is in a clear plastic sleeve. 

"Made in Germany" sticker attached to the rear shrink wrap.

Tracks are listed sequentially, regardless of side.
On the release, the track B10 is stylized all in caps: "CANCELLED!".
