Detalles: Bill Fay siempre ha cantado sobre su intento de comprender las cuestiones más universales: las de la naturaleza, la espiritualidad y la humanidad. Sus canciones son "himnos apacibles para una época caótica", afirma. Su influencia se puede rastrear en la obra de muchos artistas, por lo que parecía apropiado celebrarlo con una colección de nuevas voces que interpretan sus temas atemporales. Originalmente publicado en 2010 por David Tibet (Current 93), Still Some Light se lanzó como un CD doble, compuesto por demos de álbumes de los 70 (Disco uno) y grabaciones caseras de 2009 (Disco dos). Este año, por primera vez, esta colección de grabaciones se prensará en vinilo y se lanzará digitalmente, junto con reinterpretaciones contemporáneas de los temas por Kevin Morby, Steve Gunn, Julia Jacklin y Mary Lattimore. Las letras y melodías de Bill Fay se mantienen inalteradas por el paso del tiempo y las tendencias cambiantes.
