German power metal veterans StormHammer return with Wrath of the Hammer, their first studio album since Seven Seals (2019). The band delivers a powerful and dynamic record that combines classic heavy metal roots with melodic power metal energy and a sharper modern edge.

Driven by aggressive riffs, epic melodies and powerful vocals, the album expands StormHammer’s sound with thrash-influenced guitar work and renewed creative energy. New guitarist Phil brings influences from Bay Area thrash, ’90s punk and modern heavy metal, while Christos adds soaring solos and progressive power metal touches that give the songs additional depth.

Recorded at Mastersound Studio with producer Alex Krull, the album features a massive production and standout tracks like Wrath of the Hammer, Shattered Dominion, Scars of the Abyss and Wheels of Eternity.
