    詳細: 4枚組CD。ビッグ・カントリーの8枚目にしてスチュアート・アダムソンを迎えた最後のアルバムのデラックス版。『Driving To Damascus』(1999)には、スタジオ・ライブの『Nashville Sessions』、シングル・バージョン、米国リリースの『John Wayne's Dream』の別ミックス、デモ2枚組ディスクも収録。1981年、シンガー/ギタリストのスチュアート・アダムソンが以前のグループ、スキッドスを脱退した後に結成したスコットランドのロック・バンド、ビッグ・カントリーは、英国と米国で大きな成功を収め、英国トップ10アルバムを4枚獲得しました。『Driving To Damascus』は、ビッグ・カントリーのクラシックなラインナップ、スチュアート・アダムソン(ボーカル/ギター)、ブルース・ワトソン(ギター)、トニー・バトラー(ベース)、マーク・ブレゼジッキ(ドラム)をフィーチャーし、ウェールズの伝説的なロックフィールド・スタジオで録音されました。アルバムのハイライトとなる「Somebody Else」と「Devil In The Eye」は、ザ・キンクスのレイ・デイヴィスとの共作です。シングル「Fragile Thing」では、エディ・リーダーがゲストボーカルとして参加しています。イアン・グラント（1981年から2013年までビッグ・カントリーのマネージャーを務めた）がライナーノーツを執筆し、アルバムの誕生秘話を個人的な視点で語っています。
