Payment Methods

When placing an order online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods:

American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards. We cannot accept checks, cash, money orders or COD as payment online. We only accept credit cards issued
from the United States. Payments are processed in USD as currency.*

Return & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item's purchase price. Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Media products (Audio CDs, DVDs, vinyl
records, etc.) must be in their original, unopened factory shinkwrap (where applicable). Returned apparel cannot have been worn or washed, and tags cannot have been cut or removed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item, if available. If there is a problem with your shipment that may be able to be solved without sending back an item, please contact our Returns Department HERE. If you are returning for exchange, please allow 10-14 business days after we receive your return for us to process and ship your replacement order. If you are returning for refund, any monies due to you are typically processed and applied to your debit/credit card account within 7 business days. Depending on your bank/credit card company, it may take up to two weeks after your credit is processed for it to post to your account.

Packing and Sending Your Return

To return an item, please indicate the reason for return on the invoice, include the packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package securely and ship to:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend that you use of method of shipment that provides you with a tracking or delivery confirmation number. We credit or refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

For each purchase you make, you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. You can then redeem points at the rate of 20 points for $1 as a credit towards your purchase.
