Josey Records Special Order SMS Opt-In Policy

When a customer places a special order at a Josey Records retail location, an employee may ask:

“Would you like to receive a text message when your special order arrives and is ready for pickup?”

The customer must explicitly answer yes before the employee enables the Arrival Text option on the special order. If the customer answers no, the option is not enabled.

By opting in, the customer agrees to receive transactional SMS notifications related to their special order. Typically 1 message is sent per special order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. The phone number and SMS consent are used for special-order notifications and not for promotional or marketing messages.

After opt-in, the special order is recorded with SMS consent enabled. The customer receives an SMS when the special-order item arrives and is ready for pickup.
