Es una grabación completa de su actuación el 18 de noviembre de 1975 en el Hammersmith Odeon de Londres, durante su gira Born to Run. El concierto fue parte del esfuerzo de Columbia Records por promocionar a Springsteen en el Reino Unido y Europa tras el éxito de su tercer álbum, Born to Run (1975) en Estados Unidos.
