Detalles: Dos CD. Lanzado en 2003, Boomslang fue el primer álbum de estudio en solitario de Johnny Marr. Tras su salida de The Smith en 1987, Marr pasó varios años con grupos como The Pretenders antes de reclutar a Zak Starkey (batería), Alonza Bevan (bajo) y otros para formar The Healers en el año 2000. Grabado en Clear Studios de Mánchester con James Spencer (New Order, The Charlatans), Boomslang constaba de once temas que combinaban su estilo característico de guitarra con ritmos psicodélicos intensos. «Nos encerramos en nuestro propio mundo y experimentamos con diferentes maneras de componer, grabar y pensar», dice Marr. «Veinte años después, me complace haber creado la música, y este nuevo lanzamiento de Boomslang me ha dado la oportunidad de revisitarla y presentar algunas canciones que no pudimos incluir la primera vez».
