The Replacements - Dead Man's Pop 4 CD/1 LP Boxed Set incluye el álbum Don't Tell A Soul del grupo mezclado como se pretendía originalmente y ampliado con grabaciones en estudio y en vivo inéditas, incluida una sesión con Tom Waits y un concierto completo de 1989.

En 1987, los renegados del rock and roll de Minneapolis, The Replacements, robaron sus cintas maestras de Twin/Tone y las arrojaron al río Misisipi. Un año después, mientras finalizaban su álbum de Warner Bros., Don't Tell A Soul, el grupo se fugó con una colección de sus grabaciones de los estudios Paisley Park. La caja incluye una mezcla recién terminada del álbum, realizada por Matt Wallace, productor de Don't Tell A Soul (basada en su mezcla de Paisley Park de 1988); un disco con grabaciones inéditas (incluida una sesión con Tom Waits); además del concierto completo de la banda del 2 de junio de 1989 en la Universidad de Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
