サウンドトラックには、ザッパのレコードレーベルであるストレート・レコードとビザール・レコードの楽曲が収録されており、アリス・クーパーのデビューアルバム『プリティーズ・フォー・ユー』（1969年にストレート・レコードから発売）に収録されている「No Longer Umpire」や、ザッパがプロデュースしたガールズグループGTO'sの唯一のアルバム『パーマネント・ダメージ』に収録されている「The Captain's Fat Theresa Shoes」などが収録されています。また、ザッパの生涯のインスピレーションとなったエドガー・ヴァレーズとイーゴリ・ストラヴィンスキーによるクラシック音楽2曲と、いくつかのインタビュー映像も収録されています。サウンドトラックには、ジョン・フリッツェルがこのドキュメンタリーのために新たに作曲した26曲のオリジナルスコアが収録されています。
