Details: Impromptu jam sessions featuring three generations of western swing musicians from seminal bands like Bob Wills & his Texas Playboys, Milton Brown & his Musical Brownies, the Light Crust Doughboys, Hank Thompson's Brazos Valley Boys, Asleep at the Wheel, and more. Recorded in Dallas, Texas in 1983 and 1984. Musicians include Smokey Montgomery, Zeke Campbell, Jim Boyd, Roscoe Pierce, Fred "Papa" Calhoun, Carroll Hubbard, Leon Rausch, J. Eldon Whalin, Roy Lee Brown, Paul Anastasio, Tommy Camfield, and more. Produced by western swing historian and Milton Brown biographer Cary Ginell. Previously unreleased material.
