The following information is provided by Discogs:

Notes:

Blank grey labels.

This was a promo 12" 'dance' remix to promote the film Forrest Gump. The original version of the 5th Dimension song is on the double CD/LP release of the soundtrack from the film. There appear to be two versions (label appearance) of the same 12". That being, the red & white swirl and a blank silver record label. Both share the same cat# number. As suggested, I believe it's a Johnny Vicious remix.

A1. Aquarius (Mix 1)
A2. Aquarius (Mix 2)
B. Let The Sunshine In (Version)
