Details: Looper Colony is a Los Angeles based improvisational trio featuring woodwind player Sam Riney, Guitarist Barry Coates and Drummer Jerry Kalaf. Veterans of the road and studios, after playing together for many years, Looper Colony endeavors to create freely improvised sonic landscapes. Recorded in the moment of it's creation, with the addition of three guest musicians, Looper Colony II is their second recording.
