Details: Chicago Earl Hooker was a dazzling guitar player whether playing it straight or with a slide. This collection of 14 tracks features 10 from 1968/69 and 4 from 1952/53, and features a wonderful version of Sweet Black Angel from 1952 with intense harp from Little Sam Davis.
