closed gate fold digipak and inserted into a plastic 4-face slip sleeve. 
At least some copies also included a folded advertisement insert for The Deluxe Edition Series.

Two disc Deluxe Edition comprised of two Hybrid SACDs containing SACD Stereo, SACD Surround Sound and CD Audio. 
SACD Surround Sound requires Multi-Channel SACD Player & compatible Surround Sound system.
