Details: In celebration of Gundam's 45th anniversary, the original soundtrack for the 2022 film Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island is now available for general release. This film is a cinematic adaptation of Episode 15: Cucuruz Doan's Island from the legendary 1979 TV anime Mobile Suit Gundam. The soundtrack is composed by Takayuki Hattori, who also worked on Gundam THE ORIGIN series. His compositions bring the film to life with grand orchestration, blending rearranged covers of classic tracks from the 1979 TV version with newly composed music created exclusively for the film. Additionally, the album features the theme song "Ubugoe", performed by Hiroko Moriguchi. This expansive soundtrack includes all 43 tracks, delivering the full musical experience of the film.
