Details: GRAMMY winner Paul Avgerinos returns with a minimalistic ambient soundscape for mindfulness. Avgerinos began his meditation practice in 1974 with Sri Chinmoy from Bengal, India. He finds it to be an essential part of his daily routine as it nourishes and uplifts him in so many different ways. Masters of mindfulness all agree that meditation is essential to living a balanced and healthy life. This new album, MINDFULNESS, continues and deepens the style of Avgerinos' GRAMMY winning GRACE album, as well as building upon his celebrated LOVE and BLISS albums.
