Details: Q'd Up is an ensemble of some of the finest jazz musicians in Utah who are all faculty at Brigham Young University. 'Dawn Fire Mist' pushes the envelope and shows off the incredible versatility and virtuosity of the group in exciting ways. The writing on this album is eclectic and fun. You are in for a real trip with this band. Engineer Michael Chadbourne did some very inventive mixes that almost qualify him to be another member of the band.
