Steeped in Rock and Roll, Garage Rock, and R&B the record is full of short sharp songs, barbed guitar solos and liberally unselfconscious boogie. Love (lost, found and begged for), work, drinking and getting older are all covered with a sly grin, and a great big beat. Dig it.
